MID-WEEK RANDOM BABBLES

tiger, tiger, jirettaiga!!!

im almost done with Tiger & Dragon, about 4 more episodes to go. hmmm, its the same people behind Kisarazu Cats Eye, so familliar faces can be seen in this series. honestly, some parts are a bit on the slow side but Nagase Tomoya is pretty funny here. of course, okada junichi's character is still this loud-mouth crazy dude who smokes alot (who doesnt in japan, anyway?!?!?). hehehehe!

it quite interesting how they used Rakugo to tell the stories per episodes. cant wait to finish the series.

woah, i thought there's no fete dela musique this year. guess, im pretty wrong there. its gonna be this friday (June 30, 2005) @ SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City. for people interested ... check out the band listing here.

well, im skipping it this year. aside from the fact, its really really far from my place, i dont really like the band line-ups. whatever happened to the fete band regulars?!?!?!

for people goin there, have fun!

WEEKEND MOVIES

Ohisashiburi, minna!

so, what's been going on? though, i havent posted anything til now, i have been adding few little (tweaks) things around here. if you have noticed on the left sidebar, i added categories. yes, i got my fat-ass to work on it. i couldnt believe i actually understood the whole tutorial in less than half an hour. usually, it would take me days for something like that to comprehend. im very much technically challenged. i know, the category thing is not so grand and fancy but hey, it works. ~*^_______^*~

weekend movies.

over the weekend, i saw 5 movies - Garfield 2, Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Cars, Il Mare and The Lake House.

started friday with Garfield 2 -- it was hilarious! Odie is really something, reminds me so much of our own odie - Carl. he's just as "intelligent" as Odie. (wink, wink)

sunday, saw fast and the furious: tokyo drift and cars. if i may say, tokyo drift is the best comedy movie of the year! hihihi! the "special" appearance of vin diesel's character with his killer lines ... man... (ROFLMAO). ok, have to admit, part of my reason watching the film coz Tsumabuki Satoshi is in it. ok his role is really insignificant and he only said like 2 words, but from what i read, his role was specifically made for him by the director coz he loves him. hmmmm....

Cars, cars, cars... i love Luigi! he's such an adorable character. loved him so much when mr. ferrari showed up at his tire shop. he's just so cute when he fainted. ~*^_____^*~

yesterday, saw Il Mare and The Lake House. hmmm, i prefer Il Mare than the Lake House. its way more simple than the hollywood version and the ending is more a bit dramatic. oh yah, the dog was way cuter in the korean version.

well, thats about it for now. will continue next time. ja, matta ne~!

BLEACH AND MORE

kittaaaaaaa!!!

finally, after waiting for the longest time ever, i got my copy Bleach! ~^_____^~ so far (6 episodes to be exact), its been fun watching it. Ichigo is really crazy. and yes, i have been listening to Orange Range's Aterisk over and over since this morning.

this is a bit old but i just saw this morning Music Station 2006-05-05 episode. and man, it was a blast! Tackey & Tsubasa doin' their Venus song (para-para version) with tons of kids doin' the dance and their senpais cheering on 'em, Yuna Ito with Precious, mihimaru GT with 気分上々↑↑ (i dont really know them but its a pretty good performance, anyway), Orange Range (yeah!) relatively new song Champione - super fun performance, Going Under Ground with their Vista song and the most killer (literally and figuratively) performance SMAP's Dear Woman. <--click on the link to see what im talking about. ;p

ok, i love kimura takuya and all but seeing them dancing and singing to that song ... well, its really something... it was totally beyond me, i was laughing my ass off... i could see it now, arashi in their mid-30s singing and break-dancing to their A.Ra.Shi song in Music Station... hahahaha!

and with that, here's Orange Range's MS performance! check out the cosplayers. enjoy!
