Sony Corp. has announced that they found defects in 8 of their CyberShot models. these models were sold between Sept. 2003 to January 2005: DSC-F88, DSC-M1, DSC-T1, DSC-T11, DSC-T3, DSC-T33, DSC-U40 and DSC-U50. the problem was said to be related to the use of the cameras in hot/humid environments that can lead to loss of image on the LCD. Sony will repair any camera (from the list) which show any signs of the problem.
